Return and Refund Policy
*Please note that returned products must be in the same condition as the customer received them in. This means that the products must be unopened, sealed, in their original packaging, and unused.*
Returns of all products purchased through 3D Tech Labs must be processed through 3D Tech Labs and not directly through the manufacturer. If a customer returns a product that does not meet the conditions outlined in this section (titled "Return and Refund Policy"), the products will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense, payment for which may be required by the manufacturer in advance of shipping.
A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained from 3D Tech Labs before a product can be returned. The RA must be requested within thirty (30) days of purchase and the customer must provide proof of purchase for all items for which they are requesting a RA for. Each RA product shipment cannot be combined or co-mingled with other RA shipments; only the product being returned should be included in the shipment. The RA must be included on the outside packaging of the returned product.
Any return made without a RA from 3D Tech Labs will be considered an unauthorized return. Unauthorized Returns will not be subject to a refund or credit by 3D Tech Labs.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returned products. We recommend shipping packages with a carrier that can provide tracking information and insurance. Neither the manufacturer or 3D Tech Labs are responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
If the return meets all the requirements and conditions mentioned above, 3D Tech Labs will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days of processing the return. 3D Tech Labs will refund the original purchase price of the returned product(s) and related sales tax (if applicable) minus the original shipping charges (even if not originally paid by the customer) and minus a restocking fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the original purchase price for 3D printers and equal to twenty-five (25%) of the original purchase price for all other products.
For products that are defective, the manufacturer's warranty will be applied.
All canceled orders are subject to a 20% (of the order total) administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the customer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges and the return policy outlined above will apply. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment used when placing the order.
All 3D printers purchased from our store include a standard manufacturer's warranty. All warranties and warranty service are provided directly by the manufacturer of your product. 3D Tech Labs does not provide any separate or additional warranty.
In addition to the limitations set forth above, no warranty shall apply to any product that has been: (i) modified, altered or adapted; (ii) maltreated or used in a manner other than in accordance with its intended purpose; (iii) repaired by a third party; (iv) relocated, to the extent that the problems with the Product are attributable, in 3D Tech Labs' professional opinion, to such relocation; (v) used directly or indirectly in supporting activities prohibited by the United States; (vi) purchased from any entity other than 3D Tech Labs; (vii) affected by normal wear and tear; (viii) damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (ix) cosmetic damage including, but not limited to, scratches, dents and broken plastic, as applicable; and/or (x) damaged as a result of shipping, exposure to tobacco smoke/weather, terrorism, acts of God or failure to follow the Manufacturer's instructions. 3D Tech Labs shall not be responsible for any warranties other than those provided by the manufacturer or herein.
In no event shall 3D Tech Labs be liable or responsible for the expense of removal or installation of a defective product, incidental, consequential or liquidated damages, or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee.
No warranty covers any third-party products or hardware installed into, or attached to, the product after the date of purchase. Furthermore, if an installation fails or is damaged in a manner that causes damage to the product, no warranty shall cover such damage. Repair and/or replacement of any damaged components in these situations shall be subject to additional repair and/or replacement charges.
